We are looking for a talented Marketing Operations Intern to join the team. You will be responsible for supporting the Marketing, PR and Product Marketing on new product launches and product pushes at Trinny London. This is initially a 6-month internship with the potential to join the team permanently following this.
The Role
- Liaise with team members, Operations and our warehouse on product send outs across the business
- Liaise with our warehouse and Operations on product send outs for external agencies, influencers, and journalists
- Liaise with team members, Ops, ILG on new product launch send outs for Ambassadors and other promotional activities
- Support product marketing function with administrative data editing
- Ensure all ongoing market references are captured/recorded appropriately across Marketing and Product Marketing
- Support in researching other brands and/or products to help shape new launches
- Collaborate across teams to ensure we have all assets in Content Showcases
- Create skeleton documents for upcoming shade extensions
Requirements
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Comfortable with a fast-paced environment
- Ability to handle multiple tasks/deadlines
- Ambitious and proactive attitude
