We have an exciting opportunity for a Revenue Optimisation Manager to join our team, responsible for supporting our Head of Revenue Management and the wider commercial team in delivering pricing amp; promotional strategies and processes, that will enable The Weetabix Food Company to deliver robust commercial agreements with key customers. This role will help lead, introduce and develop the revenue optimisation agenda for WFC. In this role, you will:
Requirements
You will have previous experience in analytical and/or commercial roles, ideally within FMCG/consumer goods, have strong leadership skills with the ability to demonstrate strategic thinking, strong commercial acumen coupled with analytical and modelling skills and the ability to influence, challenge, support and work creatively to remove barriers within the business, influencing and engaging senior stakeholders. You’ll naturally be able to work at pace, prioritising and managing a diverse workload, be highly organised and able to work to tight deadlines and have excellent problem-solving skills. You will also have experience of using main datasets, e.g., EPOS, shopper data, promotional analysis data.
