StarLeaf’s engineering teams are pretty small given the breadth of our product offering approximately 30 engineers in our Watford office and a similar number in our Cambridge office. These teams deliver a custom cloud and a range of clients with messaging, meetings, video, audio, interoperability, APIs and more.

The tech
We believe that good engineers can learn new skills and technologies, so the top thing we look for is a combination of adaptability and the ability to learn.
Beyond that, our technology stack is a combination of the programming languages of C++, Python and C# (and some Javascript for our few frontend webpages), the Linux operating system (with both Docker containers and VMware virtualization), SaltStack configuration management, and more.
