Job Description

Parkopedia was founded with the mission of being able to answer any parking question, anywhere in the world. Today, Parkopedia is the world’s leading digital parking services provider used by millions of drivers and organisations such as Apple, TomTom and 20 automotive brands ranging from Audi to Volkswagen.

We are looking for a Head of People Operations to set and lead the People and Talent strategy at Parkopedia and to help constantly improve the company culture. As we’re continuing to grow, you’ll be able to offer expertise on scaling, recruiting, managing people and the associated people operations processes.

This role is a combination of hands-on and strategic and would suit someone with a commercial, practical and growth mindset.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • The People Strategy and Roadmap (staying ahead of HR Trends and using best practice)
  • Talent Recruitment; Pipeline Planning; Candidate Experience
  • Learning and Development (including career development)
  • Pay, Rewards and Benefits (with an international outlook and payroll responsibility)
  • Diversity and Inclusion
  • Culture and Engagement
  • Performance Management
  • Employer Branding (working with Marketing Director and CEO)
  • Managing HR administration

Requirements

You will have:

  • 3+ years experience (ideally CIPD qualified) at a senior level, leading and developing a People Operations team and People Strategy at a later stage fast-growing tech company (100-250 people), ideally with international workforce
  • Proven success of improving engagement and enhancing culture
  • Working knowledge and experience with Applicant Tracking and HR Systems, candidate platforms, and hiring process workflows
  • Compensation knowledge in the tech sector, including market analysis and competitive reward frameworks
  • Experience of creating and implementing the right processes and policies for all stages of the employee lifecycle
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills as well as keen listening skills

We’re part of a global team, but this role is based in our London office, which is a short walk from London Bridge. This is an on-site position (remote candidates will not be considered) with some international travel required.
