We created Vinterior to bring the best independent vintage furniture sellers together in an online marketplace and connect them with our community of vintage fans and design professionals. The Customer Experience team

The CX team is home to providing excellent end-to-end services to all Vinterior clients: Trade buyers, Consumers and Sellers. As our Operations Associate, you'll be tasked with ensuring that all the payment flows are running smoothly and supporting clients with all their payment requests. In recent months, we've assembled a team of ambitious and passionate team members from some of the leading dot.coms (Depop, Made and Google to name a few). We're now looking for an Operation Associate to join us. Our ambition? To position Vinterior as the most loved and progressive brand for vintage furniture out there.


What we’re looking for:

You love numbers and want to work in a startup because change and challenges drive you? You might be our next Operations Associate! You will be part of our Customer Experience team and will also have the opportunity to work closely with our head of CX and our COO. This is a great chance for someone who is looking to develop their career within an exciting environment.

What you will do:

  • Finance: Book-keeping, end of month reporting, cash-flow reconciliation.
  • B2B support: Creating proformas, checking payments flows, requesting invoices, payment support.
  • Clients relation: Be the point of contact for our buyers and sellers with regards to their payments, answer questions and support them through their selling/purchasing journey.
  • Reporting: Assisting the Head of CX and the COO with reporting.
  • And get involved with other projects that excite you!

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent with 1-3 years office management and/or administrative assistance experience
  • General MS Office / Google Suite experience - excellent command of Excel or equivalent is essential
  • Organised and detail-oriented

  • Eligibility to work in the UK
  • Experience with Looker or SQL is a plus

What to expect from the interview process:

Stage 1: Short phone call.

Stage 2: Test brief where you can demonstrate your Excel or analytical skills. Response to be submitted by email.

Stage 3: Video conference with Line Manager.

Stage 4: Follow up a video conference with other members of the Operation team.
