Why we need this role

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager dedicated to our Experimentation and A/B testing efforts, reporting to the VP Growth to join our international Growth team in London at a stage where you can really make a difference. With over 100k visitors coming from various channels each month and looking for different solutions, you will have the opportunity to build product-specific funnels to provide our future customers with the best experience. We know why our customers have chosen Builder but we need to enhance our value proposition in order to address problems of our non-customers that they are currently solving elsewhere. We are looking for someone capable of replicating previous successes improving conversion rates across the entire funnel and ultimately increasing revenue through growth tactics. You will have a full ownership of our experimentation roadmap and have the flexibility to run tests across the entire funnel.Your work will have a fundamental impact on the way the company hits its growth targets. As a key member of the Growth team, you will be responsible for contributing to the company’s overall product strategy and alignment with business’s ambitious goals. First Six Month Deliverables / OKRs

  • Identify and quantify customer drop off points
  • Increase %-age of self-serve customers
  • Enable insights-driven mindset across the Growth team through reporting and insights presentations

What will you be doing?

  • Plan, implement and prioritize data-led multivariate (A/B/n) testing at scale (in cooperation with design, revenue and analytics teams)
  • Constantly monitor our data and analytics to develop experiments to optimise our customer experiences worldwide
  • Create a vision and strategy for new customer pathways to conversion and cross-sell (new landing pages, ad creatives, product pages, blog posts, lifecycle assets etc.)
  • Coordinating with channel managers on journey mapping
  • Running additional quantitative and qualitative research on visitors to understand their behaviour
  • Maintain and improve our existing internal software setup to enable best-in-class testing

Requirements

  • 3+ years' experience in website/app conversion optimisation (large inbound volume is a must)
  • Proven track record of improving digital conversion rate and customer retention through on-site and off-site A/B testing
  • Strong background in customer acquisition, expansion, and retention techniques leading to revenue growth
  • Strong experience with: Google Analytics, Google Optimize, Google Tag Manager, Mixpanel and AB testing tools
  • Strong analytical skills (SQL preferred) and able to generate actionable in
