Omnipresent is looking for a results-oriented, strategic sales leader to help bring the sales team to the next level. On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for overseeing our rapidly scaling EMEA based AE’s, coaching and training them to manage their pipelines and close deals with some of the most exciting companies in EMEA.

Your role

The key thing here is that we are a Series A rapidly growing start up where the sales function is somewhat undefined. You won’t just come in and plug into a well oiled sales machine - You will be helping to build and lead it.

  • 2-5 years of sales leadership, with direct experience selling SaaS and a track record of building high performing sales teams.
  • Demonstrated experience as a team-building leader, capable of rallying support from across the business.both direct and indirect staff to drive shared positive results
  • Highly driven, proactive individual with an execution focus, a strong sense of urgency, and a belief in Omnipresent’s mission. You go beyond relationship management and lead through trust and empathy.
  • Willing to go the extra mile with a strong work ethic; self-directed and resourceful
  • Demonstrated ability to plan daily and weekly activities for an inside sales team, monitor performance, and measure results.
  • Expert knowledge and experience in building and motivating sales teams, growing pipeline, and hitting revenue targets.

  • Recruit, develop, coach and mentor Account Executives and enable them to achieve their goals, both professional and career-wise.
  • Work collaboratively and cross-functionally across the organisation to help shape products and solutions to meet customer needs.
  • With help of internal teams, design sales training and enablement programs and deliver regular and reinforcement trainings.

  • Is self-driven problem solver, who always put the team before themselves
