- Identify and arrange for Inspections on Tanks not received gas in more than 1 year in NI, and more than 2 years in ROI.
- Liaise with SGI/NGI, Sales Representatives, Technical Area Supervisors and Contractor Panel.
- Create ‘jobs’ and allocate work to Supervisors or contractors and review when work information returned.
- Update Customer Relationship Management (CRM).
- Analyse customer account information on low usage and terminated bulk customers to facilitate contact with customers to agree return of tank asset to Calor stock.
- Organise with customers directly (from Calor office) the return of tank assets to Calor stock.
- Own calibration for NI CED equipment.
- Responsible for issuing Liquid inspection jobs for NI.
- Defect Reporting for NI.
- Roster Management for On Call for pageboy.
Requirements
- Minimum of two years’ experience in an office environment; experience within a technical environment would be an advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Competent in IT and MS-Office use.
- Customer focused and have a professional telephone manner.
- Ability to work in a methodical and structured way.
- Team-oriented.
- Be proactive in their role.
