Job Description

  • Identify and arrange for Inspections on Tanks not received gas in more than 1 year in NI, and more than 2 years in ROI.
  • Liaise with SGI/NGI, Sales Representatives, Technical Area Supervisors and Contractor Panel.
  • Create ‘jobs’ and allocate work to Supervisors or contractors and review when work information returned.
  • Update Customer Relationship Management (CRM).
  • Analyse customer account information on low usage and terminated bulk customers to facilitate contact with customers to agree return of tank asset to Calor stock.
  • Organise with customers directly (from Calor office) the return of tank assets to Calor stock.
  • Own calibration for NI CED equipment.
  • Responsible for issuing Liquid inspection jobs for NI.
  • Defect Reporting for NI.
  • Roster Management for On Call for pageboy.

Requirements

  • Minimum of two years’ experience in an office environment; experience within a technical environment would be an advantage.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Competent in IT and MS-Office use.
  • Customer focused and have a professional telephone manner.
  • Ability to work in a methodical and structured way.
  • Team-oriented.
  • Be proactive in their role.
