Job Description

We are looking for a Salesforce Business Analyst to provide support to the organisation and the Salesforce team by working closely with stakeholders to expand on project requirements and helping to deliver projects on time with pre/post go-live analytics.

Over the next 12 months you will:

  • Work closely with the CRM Product Manager to detail requirements and gain insights into key metrics for projects/improvements
  • Work closely with the Salesforce team to detail design documentation
  • Work with the business to help identify key areas for improvement
  • Document any features/changes implemented by the Salesforce team to handover to the business
  • Work with the team to ensure go-live timelines are met and any training/reporting is given prior to go-live
  • Work through the full lifecycle of projects to ensure every part of the project is moving as expected

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have.

  • Salesforce Administrator (ADM201) certification
  • A strong understanding of Salesforce development within both Sales and Service Cloud
  • Experience dealing with stakeholders
  • Experience in creating reports/Dashboards
  • Experience detailing requirements/project proposals
  • A strong understanding of UX across multiple channels

Nice to have:

  • Any further Salesforce certifications
  • Marketing Cloud experience
  • Scrum master experience
