Overview:
We’re looking for a talented creative team to bring energy and fresh ideas. You’re probably in your first or second job, and looking for the next step.
In a nutshell:
- You have lots of big, off-the-wall ideas
- You understand the possibilities of different channels
- You have craft skills in art direction and copy (and are keen to develop these further)
- You put as much effort into the little jobs as you do the big ones
- You’re happy to collaborate with and learn from colleagues from all departments
We reckon that creativity can make anything better, whether that’s a film for a famous soft drink or an email for bank. At this stage, we don’t expect you to have made a load of campaigns, but we do want to see that creativity and hunger shine through in your portfolio.
You’ll have an eye for an opportunity, turning those potentially neglected briefs into gold. We’d like to see your ability to see an idea to completion, through a mixture of tenacity and craft. With a variety of clients to work across, and a range of people across all departments to learn from, there’ll be lots of chances to keep polishing your skills. (But if you give everyone else a kick up the bum with the quality of your work on the way, that’d be good too.)
You’ll work well with colleagues from all departments, collaborating with CDs, designers, motion designers and planners, as well as external suppliers like photographers, directors and illustrators, to make every piece of work the best it can be.
You’ll be keen to present your own work, whether to CDs, to clients or to your teammates at internal show and tells.
Requirements
- Show creative ability and desire across all channels
- Create a range of concepts (including the unexpected) to present to creative directors
- Demonstrate good craft skills
- Show a desire to progress and a willingness to learn
- Defend work with passion but pragmatism
- Work alongside colleagues from other departments to make your vision a reality
- Tackle all projects large and small with the same passion
- Knowledge of Creative Suite
- Keep up to speed with industry innovations and trends
- Understand the different needs and possibilities of different channels
- Proactively contribute to the department, or otherwise assist where needed
- Add value to every project
