Requirements

Here’s a breakdown of your role (not all of it, just the most important stuff)
  • Leading and scaling the Sales, Business Development, Account Management and Customer Success teams
  • Defining commercial OKRs and driving the team to achieve targets
  • Generating and qualifying new leads and using different approaches to penetrate prospective accounts
  • Building a high performing account management team to execute end to end sales including outreach, pitching, getting alignment, negotiation, closing deals and implementation
  • Ensuring a robust after sales process to deliver strong customer engagement
  • Building strong and collaborative relationships with other internal stakeholders
  • Monitoring market trends and providing regular competitor analysis

To be successful in your new role, these are the essentials you’ll need
  • You have a deep level of understanding of cloud-native technologies and architectures, edge computing and the telecommunications and service provider industries.
  • Experience within the core fundamentals of cloud and a broad understanding of customer needs; business cases and how customers use cloud technology.
  • You have a strong track record of success in a senior commercial leadership role including prior experience as a VP Sales or Chief Commercial Officer.
  • You have successfully built, scaled, trained and led high performing commercial and/or customer facing teams.
