Internal Sales Person / Telesales Executive

Internal Sales Person / Telesales Executive are you looking for genuine career development opportunity with a bonus system that pays up to 1.5 times your basic salary, selling a technology based payment solution backed by an agile organisation developing new products more quickly than your competitors to stay ahead of the game?

BASIC SALARY: Up to 23,000 and OTE of 27,000 to 31,000 within your first year and up to 1.5 x salary in years 2 and 3.

  • Office Hours 9-5 - no weekend or shift work.

About the role:

At Viva Wallet we are here for the long-term developing lasting customer relationships built on trust and transparency rather than traditional banking practices of lengthy customer contracts and the ubiquitous hidden fee.

First and foremost, as a Internal Sales Person / Telesales Executive Person you will be a new business generator, a relationship builder and we will help you to become the go-to person for all thing’s payment. You will be given the autonomy to generate your own business pipeline working across several verticals or specialise on just a couple. The role will specifically enable you to:

  • Focus on 360 selling from start to finish.
  • Identify opportunities and organise telephone meetings to sign up your own customers.
  • Sell product benefits in line with customer needs.
  • Work within the Viva Wallet community to deliver best in class customer service.

As your pipeline grows you will also account manage your customer base to ensure they are fully benefiting from the Viva Wallet range of services and solutions.
