Job Description

A leading global veterinary technology solutions provider with offices in the UK, Australia and New Zealand are looking for a talented Demand Generation Marketing Specialist to join our team. You will take a leading role in execution of the regional footprint of the company and creating engaging digital programmes.


Reporting to the OUS Marketing Director, you will be working as part of a cross functional marketing team with members based in both the UK and Australia. You would have one direct report in a Digital Marketing Specialist.


Our ideal candidate is a digital marketing all-rounder with strong previous experience in demand generation who should be able to develop engaging digital campaigns to attract and retain clients. Ideally with experience in the B2B Saas space you would be coming onboard to look after events, demand generation campaigns, search engine marketing, social media and email marketing campaigns. You will be expected to own the company’s regional presence in these areas from an operational standpoint.


As the team leader for EMEA you would be the first line of support and resolution for the two marketing team members based in the UK. Reporting into the Marketing Director (OUS) your primary focus will be on developing and executing communication and demand generation activity plans aligned to the global marketing strategy and then measuring their success against our core KPI’s.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Motivate, supervise, support and performance manage the local team, as the first line of support, as required (two individuals).
  • Support the local business from an operational and tactical standpoint on a day to day basis.
  • Model and role model our company values and behaviours as a leader in our business.
  • Plan, develop and execute leads and pipeline generating B2B campaigns.
  • B2B channel marketing activities such as developing of communication plans, campaign management, landing pages, presentation decks, performance reporting and digital/eDM campaigns.
  • Execute client marketing and announcements to retain and increase the utilisation of the full software platform
  • Be responsible for running and optimising lead and demand generation including paid, outbound and inbound campaigns and channels.
  • Create online adverts and oversee pay per click (PPC) ad management
  • Work with the content marketing and product marketing specialist to ensure all content and materials produced are regionalised and executed successfully locally.
  • Work with the Digital Marketing Specialist to:
    • Manage our attendance at industry tradeshows amp; events
    • Manage local social media accounts
    • Provide local website support

You

  • Bachelor level degree or equivalent working experience
  • Previous experience leading teams
  • Direct experience of creating digital and social content and executing engagement campaigns.
  • Adobe suite, wordpress, CSS and basic Html skills
  • Have experience running lead and demand generation campaigns that deliver results.
  • Passion for data and delivering meaningful insight
  • High level of analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail
  • Power user of marketing automation tools such as HubSpot, Marketo or Pardot and Google Analytics
  • Excellent people and interpersonal skills to interact with staff, colleagues, cross-functional teams and third parties.
  • Highly organised and process-driven.
  • Able to work autonomously or in a team.
