With millions of people playing our games every week, we receive plenty of correspondence from our players with reference to our games. When this happens, our Player Services team deliver a great customer experience to offer support and guidance for our winners, regardless of the size of their win. Due to an increase in the volume of postal claims we have received since the beginning of the pandemic, we are currently looking for additional support from three new team members for six months,
You will have great attention to detail and administration skills, allowing you to quickly log all correspondence and go back to our players as quickly as possible, and in keeping our players happy you will help us to generate more money for Good Causes,
