The opportunity
We’re looking for a talented Membership Experience Executive to join our growing Membership Services team. This is a great opportunity to work on the front-line, directly supporting our members around the world.
This role currently requires the ability to work remotely.
What you’ll do at TrustedHousesitters
- Develop positive member relationships that lead to high levels of loyalty and retention, through both inbound and outbound initiatives
- Work closely with our members to make sure they’re happy with TrustedHousesitters and able to use the platform successfully
- Conflict resolution and mediation
- Profile and listing concierge
Requirements
What we're looking for
- Are you experienced working in a fast-paced customer service environment?
- Do you go above and beyond what is expected of you?
- Are you confident on the phone and find it easy to create connections with others?
- Do you consider yourself a kind and caring person with a can-do attitude?
- Are you confident on computers and able to use several systems at once?
- Can you multitask and prioritise well?
- Are you a problem solver with the ability to assess situations quickly and handle complaints calmly?
- Would you be happy with a flexible timetable of varying working hours and days?
- Are you a pet lover with a passion for experiencing life in new places?
