This year we are launching our Future Talent Programme. Through 12 months of specific and professional-skills training in creative and production, our programme will teach you all you need to know about our industry including; Production, Post production, studio, creative, localisation and music.
Whether you want to learn about creating great kids programmes or help us understand the people who watch them, our training programs will get your career off to the perfect start.

About the programme:
Established to celebrate diversity of thought, background and experience, it’s a one year placement starting july 2021.?
Our creative Production program is open to anyone who wants to get involved in making innovative kids programmes; whether it’s helping to conceive new ideas as a Researcher or bringing those ideas to life as a Production Assistant
Bring your ideas. Bring your experiences. Bring your unique story and perspective. After all, diverse thinking leads to better ideas.
Your programme will start with an intro into Video Labs, the team who manage all our award winning channels across Youtube, Amazon, Netflix and many more. After you have experienced this, you will then enter the rotation programme around the Studio, you get will time with each department within creative and production, becoming an invaluable part of each team. By the end of the programme you will have been part of 5 distinct teams, having worked with many different technologies, people and products, allowing you to discover what suits you perfectly.
Requirements
What we are looking for:
• People who are super talented or passionate around all things Design, Creative or production. This could be in Visual Design, Creative writing, Audio/ Visual Production, Editing, Motion Graphics or anything in between.
• Strong knowledge of Google Suite, Keynote experience a strong plus
• Solid written and verbal communication skills
• Strong portfolio of past work
• Someone with the right to live amp; work in the UK (London)
Bonus points if you have:
• Motion graphics skills (After Effects)
• Video editing (Premiere)
• Experience with Sketch
• Experience as a runner
