We are looking for a talented Marketing Communications Manager to help us deliver our product led vision and shape the business for the future.

About you

As a marketing communications specialist, you will deliver our online and offline communication and increase brand awareness.

Reporting to the Head of Demand Generation, you will take responsibility for delivering specific elements of our global lead generation and brand awareness campaigns across content, events, webinars, media and social. You will come with proven experience in planning B2B thought leadership, PR and marketing programmes coupled with engaging and sparky copy writing skills that will bridge the gap between tech speak and the non-tech audiences we work with.

Additionally, you will be skilled at building relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, to successfully deliver programmes to drive revenue, awareness and engagement with key audiences, including prospects, channel partners, customers, journalists and industry bodies.

Ultimately, you will act as our brand’s messaging champion to ensure consistency of messaging and produce compelling and engaging content to attract new clients.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Marketing Director to develop and deliver a clearly defined brand strategy and subsequent messaging refresh.
  • Be a major contributor to the planning process for theming and content planning across all markets.
  • Be the company’s brand messaging champion, review and coach staff to deliver on-message communications.
  • Define the talk tracks and content for Rezatec’s conference and webinar programmes, including for our participation in round tables and panel discussions, in collaboration with the relevant Product Manager
  • Collaborate with key channel partners to support all aspects of their marketing and communications to support partner revenue generation.
  • Manage Rezatec’s media relations and content placement programme
  • Work with the Marketing Assistant to review and approve social media plans, schedules and content.
  • Manage membership and industry association relationships, deliver content and programmes to maximise our market reach and engagement
  • Provide ongoing constructive feedback to colleagues at all levels contributing to continual improvement and growth
  • Working proactively with the team to exceed in the delivery of team objectives and targets.
  • Proven track record of success in developing content led marketing campaigns within B2B (ideally a SaaS business) to drive engagement, leads and revenue
  • Experience in end-to-end planning and coordination of participation at industry events, customer events/workshops and employee events.
  • Skilled presenter, able to write and manage product material demonstrations, news announcements, promotional copy and articles, able to adapt approach to suit a wide ranging customer, stakeholder and influencer base.
  • Commercially minded, able to articulate and present solutions that demonstrate a clear ROI
  • Organised, able to meet deadlines with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Keeps on top of industry developments and trends and shares knowledge with wider teams
  • Can influence at all levels and build credible external networks.
  • Familiar with customer management systems, Salesforce experience would be highly desirable, able to segment lists, upload leads and create and track campaigns.
  • Digital marketing and Social tools (Pardot would be an advantage)
