Location: This role can be office-based in Cambridge, UK, or remotely, with occasional travel to the office expected.

About the Job
As part of our mission to improve the quality of our engine in all contexts, we want to have accurate performance metrics across a diverse set of speakers, covering as many ages, genders, accents and ethnic backgrounds as possible.
This requires adding new datasets and refining existing ones, as well as improving our current test suite to output more detailed statistics.
As an intern you will have the opportunity to learn what it takes to ensure the accuracy of a state-of-the art machine learning system and to contribute to results that will have a strong influence on our future Ramp;D endeavours, as well as key marketing material.

Interview Process
The interview process for each role does vary, but usually, we would start off by asking you to complete a Further Information Form, so that we can be clear on your expectations from the start and get to know you a little better. Then we ask you to have a quick chat with the Hiring Manager to establish suitability and for you to ask us any questions before we progress the application by sending you role specific tests/tasks (if applicable). If this goes well, you will be asked to attend (either remotely or onsite if you are able) more technical interviews before we arrange a ‘meet the team’ session.
