Must have:

• Come with having at least 5 years of experience in building web-based applications from scratch
• Advanced knowledge of Python and Django-rest-framework
• Advanced knowledge of React, Redux and Redux-saga
• Production experience with PostgreSQL and SQL
• Have deep understanding of State Management and Reactive Programming
• Come with knowledge of ES6 and current JavaScript best practices
• Have hands-on experience with Cloud based infrastructures (e.g. Google Cloud, AWS)
• Have hands-on experience with cloud orchestration solutions (e.g. ECS, Kubernetes)
• Understanding of AWS and different ways to deploy backends on it. Both at the network level (VPCs, NAT gateways etc.) and specific AWS products (S3, Lambda, API Gateway, CloudFront, RDS, etc.)
• Good algorithmic ability, not in the sense of knowing a lot of classical algorithms (no need to memorize tree searching) but should have the ability to develop the right algorithm when presented with complex problems.
• Excellent data modeling skills, an essential part of the job is understanding the data model of the process being worked on and adequately representing it.
• Strong familiarity with ML concepts
• Understanding technical debt and when is the right time to accumulate it vs. paying it off
• Have built, worked with and maintained REST (HTTP) APIs
• Have a strong experience in middleware and database design
• Understands limitations and can identify experts to fill these gaps
• Proven project management skills managing multiple projects
