Job Description

ARNE is a direct to consumer, clothing brand/retailer based in Warrington, UK. We design and develop all of our products in the UK, manufacture in the near amp; far east and then ship directly to our customers, with our ARNECLO.com eCommerce store as its only sales channel.

Founded in summer 2018, we have mainly used organic posts on Instagram to deliver the foundations of what we want to be one of the best brand’s to come out of the UK. Requirements

As our IT Administrator you will be part of our Technology Team and will provide administrative support for our service desk as well as first line support to colleagues.

  • You’ll work with the Service Desk Lead and provide a key role in the Technology Service Team ensuring a high level of service at all times.
  • First line support - responding to and assigning support requests raised through the on-line service desk by telephone and face to face
  • Prioritisation of support requests and incidents based on their urgency and impact on the business
  • Ensuring that support issues are kept up to date and have sufficient detail
  • Collating weekly and monthly reporting


About You:

  • Previous experience of providing technical support, preferably working as part of an IT team / service desk

  • Excellent customer service skills and demonstrable experience of dealing with support queries

  • Proficient in eCommerce D2C businesses (preferred not essential)

  • Experience of using of using Jira Service Desk or similar ticketing system
