The proud winners of Provoke Media Global Agency of the Year Most Creative Agency 2020, BCW are looking for a Senior Account Manager or Account Director to work exclusively on one of the company’s biggest, high profile and fastest growing clients.

About the role:

This role will be focused on one of agencies biggest clients, it’s a global brand, WPP agency client and a key client for BCW. We have a dedicated team that works on the account already, now we are looking for someone that can immerse themselves both in the day to day detail and help drive creative strategic direction. The work we do with this client is diverse, working with new category products within a restricted sector, this work varies from various from strategic comms planning, talent and influencer programs, global toolkits, end market activations and focusing on brand partnerships within the music, design, gaming and F1 sectors.

The individual needs the character, charm and gravitas to present and manage multiple stakeholders to the client directly, WPP (other agencies we sometimes partner with) and internal stakeholders.

What you’ll do, day-to-day

  • Strategic and creative campaign development
  • Client relationship management
  • Inter-agency collaboration
  • Campaign execution and delivery
  • Provide strong support to the Senior Director account lead, with great time management
  • Regularly manage projects from inception to delivery to create PR assets and events - play a key role in presenting proposal to the client to secure budget amp; activity approval
  • Assist in the development of strategic client proposals, providing superior writing and editing skills, research
  • Stakeholder Relationship Management- Relationships with key journalists, bloggers, influencers, advocates, opinion leaders, and other communities representing client market sectors are established and maintained.

What you’ll bring

  • Cultural and social awareness An ability to understand the diversity of mindset and adapt comms to relate and appeal to different demographic groups accordingly.
  • Creative ideas and communications strategies which reflect the real communication objectives of the client are developed and clearly documented in project plans and are executed to the highest quality will provide the foundation for delivery of all activity
  • Advanced writing skills for multiple audiences are in evidence, including the production of press releases, project proposals, presentations and wider forms of communications content.
  • Presentation Skills- Confident and effective presentation skills are applied internally with teams and externally with clients, prospects and other audiences.
  • People and Team Management- A comprehensive blend of management styles and techniques are adopted to ensure delivery of client results while motivating, supporting and developing team members.
  • Digital Media- Demonstrate a strong understanding of the digital media landscape. Know the digital media tools available to you and how to implement and embed them into client programs.
  • Commercial Awareness- Account profitability is maintained through effective team service levels, carry out time analysis and direct cost recovery. Demonstrate a strong understanding of the capacity planning, forecasting, OOPs tracking and monthly billing cycles on client accounts and use knowledge to help maintain profitability.
