You will:
Join the Operations Expansion Team and help us find the right properties at Birmingham - Manchester - Bristol - Southampton regions.
- Liaise with local and national agents/landlords to find the best possible properties for our operational needs
- Coordinate the communication between the landlord, agent and our solicitors
- Improve the relationship between agents and landlords
- Act like the company is yours! Bring your humanity to work and go beyond your initial responsibilities.
- Make a feasibility works for each property to find out if it’s suitable for our operation, financially and geographically
- Solve problems creatively. Don't think outside the box. Disregard the box entirely! (The box is in your mind).
- Create a weekly progress report for your line manager.
Requirements
Ideally, you have:
- A background in commercial property, perhaps as a general practice or building surveyor
- A relevant degree or equivalent
- A good sense of humour. Fun is treated very seriously at Getir!
- Proven influencing and persuasion skills to lead, negotiate and provide key commercial input into strategic property decisions and strategies
- An understanding of the conveyancing process for commercial properties
- Excellent communications skills with a proven ability to build relationships
- Expert working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Experience of a property management and project management system
- Technical report writing experience
- Mad zoom skills! You’re human and engaging both on screen and off screen (as it were).
