Callsign are now looking to hire an Analyst to sit in their Operations team, focused specifically on ensuring that the business has it's finger on the pulse across everything with regards to the latest regulations in our industry, as well as ensuring constant communication with relevant governments in the jurisdictions we are present in.

This is a broad, highly autonomous role which will be incredibly proactive within the business. There will be a lot of stakeholder management and interaction as well as external interaction with governments and regulatory bodies.

This will involve a lot of industry research, attendance at events, and also constant interaction with key teams in the business, including sales for example, where you will be helping to ensure our commercial team is armed with the latest developments around relevant regulations.


Key tasks:

  • Coordinate and help drive Callsign’s engagement with governments, regulatory bodies and industry groups across UK, US, Middle East, Singapore and other jurisdictions
  • Analyse and assess commercial impact of policy and regulatory developments
  • Monitor for relevant updates to be communicated across the organisation
  • Carry out industry research tasks on behalf of the senior management team to support Callsign’s strategic objectives
  • Liaise with and maintain relationships with external stakeholders
  • Attend industry events and forums, reporting back on key insights and commercial opportunities
  • Work collaboratively across all teams at Callsign particularly Corporate Development, Sales and Marketing

Requirements



Must haves:

  • 3-5 years’ experience working in either a financial, political or other regulated environment
  • A keen interest in fintech and innovation. A desire to help shape the future of digital identity - exploring new concepts and challenging the status quo
  • Strong analytical background
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Good organisational skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

    Nice to haves:
  • Understanding of financial services regulations
  • Understanding of government policy setting
