Customer Service Manager

Hours per week: 37.5 X hrs per week

Contract Status: Permanent

Reporting to: Head of Customer Services

As a private label cosmetic manufacturing company, we pride ourselves in being able to create, produce, package and distribute high-end product ranges whilst maintaining long lasting relationships with our clients.

Based at our site in Cleckheaton, West Yorkshire, we have over 200 people working together to produce top quality products to clients across the UK and beyond. Due to our ongoing ambitious growth plans we are now looking for a best in Class Customer Service Manager to join our dynamic team here in Cleckheaton.

We are looking for a self-motivated and organised individual with a passion for Health amp; Beauty, who has the ability to work on their own initiative and deliver a high level of Customer Service within a growing team.

Requirements

Job Purpose

  • To liaise daily with customers in order to build and maintain exceptional client relationships.
  • To be the β€˜go to’ individual internally to ensure any customer related queries are managed and resolved quickly and in line with company procedures.
  • To maintain an excellent attention to detail to drive the full production process from initial Purchase Order to dispatch of the finished product.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage amp; control all purchase orders in line with the service level agreement with customers.
  • To provide an outstanding level of customer contact through regular communication by telephone amp; face to face meetings maintaining the personal touch.
  • Be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communicate across the business with key stakeholders to ensure the process flows effectively.
  • Work closely with relevant Account Managers to provide support and updates on mutual customer accounts.
  • To provide monthly reports in line with customer service level agreements.
  • Any other duties requested by Head of Customer Service.

Knowledge, Experience and Work Skills Needed:

  • Good level of education, minimum grade C amp; above (or equivalent) GCSE English amp; Maths
  • Minimum of 1 years Customer Service experience
  • Knowledge of a manufacturing environment
  • Strong MS office skills including Outlook amp; Excel
  • Knowledge of Sage 200 an advantage
