Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain relationships with our members, with a real focus on customer experience and ensuring members are actively making bookings on the platform
  • Lead customer discovery calls and upsell Tally products and services
  • Attend to all general enquiries received via email, telephone and our live chat
  • Be an expert in your marketplace and contribute to business plans and growth strategies
  • Contribute to the overall success of the team and reaching business targets
  • Write content and articles to ensure our venues and members have all the information they need
  • Onboard venues and customers through a combination of cold calls, emails, social outreach, networking, and independent research
  • Review venue listings and negotiate to ensure Tally is offering the best deals to our customers
  • Prepare marketing packs comparing offices and venues for customers
  • Establish trusting relationships with key stakeholders
  • Generate and manage venue pipeline, maintain impeccable admin and update all activities
  • Lead efforts in building sustainable processes, and procedures

Requirements

  • You have a relentless drive to deliver results and are highly motivated
  • You are a natural at building relationships with all stakeholders
  • Previous experience in customer success or software onboarding preferable
  • Enthusiastic and eager to learn
  • You thrive working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment and have the ability to multitask and switch focus at short notice
  • Ability to work effectively autonomously
  • Naturally collaborative, self-motivated amp; adaptable
  • You know how to sell and enjoy working in a small team in an early stage business
