The Junior Marketing Executives we are looking for to join the team will be involved in shaping all aspects of our marketing strategy for the company. This role is for someone that wants to join an exciting fast-paced start-up and become a critical member of the team. You will help design and implement marketing strategy, including copywriting, content creation and promotion across social media. This is a great opportunity for an ambitious individual to join an excellent organisation where you can utilise and develop your Digital Marketing Skills.
The candidates we take on will be working with our marketing team and leadership on designing and implementing exciting and creative marketing campaigns, creating and making presentations to management to share your vision, assisting in designing our websites, as well as website maintenance and creation. Reporting to our Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for implementing our Social Media strategy in order to increase our online presence. You will be responsible for the maintenance and scheduling of our social media communications as well as researching, designing and creating new ideas to connect with our audience through Social Media. The role requires the ability to manage a multitude of social channels. The overarching aim of this role is to grow Viktrs profile, increase engagement with relevant audiences and generate leads and you will add your skills and talents to being a big part of this mission! This is a critical role as Social Media is a key part of acquisition and engagement for Viktrs audiences globally.
You will be expected to take on independent action and strong work ethics while working from home, with the occasional socially distanced physical meeting (when Covid rules allow). You will have to attend all required meetings via video and will be expected to participate and when required, present to the team their progress on the projects which they have been tasked with completing. We do want people to take on other projects and learn other skills that progress them for their own benefit and the benefit of the company and we highly encourage this activity.
In addition, your experienced team will support you with training and mentoring while you're there.
