About the role

As a result of our incredible success and growth, we are looking for a Customer Retention and Loyalty Lead to join us. Responsibilities include:

  • Strategy and Vision - you'll be responsible for owning and developing Student Beans' global CRM strategy, optimising the performance of our current email amp; app channels while exploring new amp; innovative ways of reaching our users.
  • Data - placing data at the forefront of all your decisions, you'll collaborate with Product and Commercial teams to test, experiment and build influential campaigns.
  • Growth - as a pioneer of customer retention, you'll be constantly growth-hacking and developing our CRM capabilities. This role will involve broadening our areas of focus, communicating more effectively with our users, engaging them at critical lifecycle moments amp; turning them into advocates for our brand through referral.
  • Team Management - you’ll lead, inspire and empower a growing cross-functional CRM team and oversee the delivery of campaigns.

Requirements

About You

We’d really like to hear from you, if you have.

  • Proven success building and executing a global, multi-channel CRM strategy, including referral programs amp; customer communities.
  • Industry experience in eCommerce/digital and ideally B2C, where you have built customer retention programmes.
  • A strategic and visionary mindset - you have created and executed a company's CRM strategy from scratch.
  • A passion for data and growth-hacking - you love to test, iterate and innovate, and every decision is driven by data.
  • Experience managing and building teams would be ideal.
  • Fantastic communication skills - you've collaborated closely with Product, Data amp; Commercial teams.
