Through the proSapient platform, you can interact with experts across the globe, via phone calls, meetings and surveys. Our dedicated analyst team supported by our AI driven platform can rapidly canvas the world for those special people who can provide significant insights to client’s research projects. Once those calls are complete, clients can continue the conversation via instant messaging or collect the insights and share them within their organisation creating a powerful knowledge library over time.

As we continue to grow amp; expand, we are now in search of three Associate Directors to drive growth across our Private Equity amp; Consultancy Business Units, strengthening client relationships, ensuring successful delivery from operating teams and strategically shaping direction for the vertical.

This is a brilliant opportunity for a proven delivery professional to join proSapient, helping to strategically grow amp; shape the success of either Business Unit. Key Responsibilities in this role will include:

Overseeing the overall success of the Business Unit strategy by:

  • Taking full ownership of the performance of all operating teams in your purview;
  • Growing collaborative client relationships, creating and executing strategies that ultimately support the success of our private equity clients

Ensuring a solid people strategy by:

  • Creating an environment of quality work and productivity, ensuring teams within the Business Unit (BU) are executing projects to the highest standards possible;
  • Planning resource requirements including new intake, promotions and generation of new teams;
  • Ensuring robust and active management, mentoring and coaching of managers to ensure they have clear direction, building an aspirational career trajectory for talent.
  • Working in conjunction with managers of operating teams to ensure the appropriate balance of workload across the BU, adjusting resource as required.

Creating a relationship led amp; profitable client strategy by:

  • Identifying and responding to the commercial opportunities to maximise growth from existing private equity clients;
  • Setting quarterly and annual plans for the BU taking input from senior leadership and ensuring execution of that business plan;
  • Building productive and profitable relationships with senior clients and stakeholders across the industry;
  • Identifying and sharing cross selling opportunities for different products across other proSapient departments;
  • Guiding managers in the mapping of clients on both a geographic and user basis to ensure a full and thorough understanding within the BU of the client(s), their business and structure, creating innovative strategies for identifying new user groups and user growth;
  • Co-ordinating with Compliance to ensure all required governance structures are in place as determined by the specifics of each client;

Contributing to wider company values, goals amp; strategic direction by:

  • Proactively provide input and ideas to the Company to continually enhance and build products and services.
  • Assisting in the design and delivery of training programmes.
  • Adhering and demonstrating proSapient values through behaviour and approach.

Requirements

Key Experience Needed for this role will include:

  • Must have at least four years’ experience of operational delivery, successfully driving target + revenue driven teams to achieve and exceed expectations
  • Must have a proven track record of managing others, ideally managing multiple managers at once
  • Must have previous experience strategically assessing, understanding and shaping current amp; future business growth, people amp; succession plans aligned to wider business goals amp; expectations
  • Previous experience working with, within, or for Private Equity or Consultancy clients would be a benefit, although not mandatory, for this role
