ROLE OVERVIEW
DEPARTMENT
The IT Department is responsible for the day to day running of the companies IT and Systems Infrastructure. We provide key customer support to Land Tech Employees, as well as the provision of new equipment and systems as well as ensure compliance with various cyber security initiatives.
THE ROLE
Reporting to the IT amp; Systems Administrator, you will be assisting in handling day to day support tickets from internal staff, following onboarding and offboarding procedures, assisting with the creation and maintenance of Compliance Policies, enforcing ISO 27001 Policies, and working with all departments to maintain GDPR Compliance.

As Land Tech continues to grow and expand, we are now seeking a new member to join our IT Department to assist in the running of the company's internal support and compliance environment, handling first and second line support issues, as well as maintaining and improving our compliance obligations.
