About the Role

A unique opportunity for a highly commercial, creative, ambitious Data Analyst to join a fast-paced, product focussed environment at an exciting time of expansion.

At THG, we encourage and promote growth and exploration within your role and as such, the below list gives only a summary of the role remit:

  • Work closely with the Product and Data Manager to drive actionable business insights through data.
  • Map and develop the online customer journey and use data to deliver insight and a clear testing strategy to senior business stakeholders.
  • Enable our brands to collect and analyse data in real-time to help generate actionable insights and build agility across digital operations.
  • Engage with the wider team across Trading, Marketing, Product Development to reach wider divisional objectives.
  • Identify new and innovative ways to drive growth to the website as well as developing and improving traffic from existing channels.

Requirements

  • 3+ years industry experience.
  • Knowledge and experience using SQL.
  • Proven experience with Google Analytics and visualisation tools as Power BI.
  • Strong statistical amp; analytical skills and the ability to manipulate and present data to produce meaningful information.
  • Excellent communication skills with a passion for eCommerce.
  • Must be a strong team player with a results-driven attitude.
  • Excellent commercial awareness and analytical skills.
