Job Description

As a result of exciting commercial growth and global ambitions, Chilly’s are on the look-out for an experienced, values driven Director of B2B Business Development across wholesale retail and corporate co-branding.

Founded in 2010, Chilly’s are driven by their aim of providing people with the ability to always have cold water on-the-go, without having to buy single-use plastic water bottles. The result was the Chilly’s bottle, a modern and stylish product designed to combine the convenience of a plastic water bottle with the eco-friendly benefits of a traditional flask.

In pursuit of our mission to accelerate the adoption and everyday use of reusable products we have now expanded the range to include a wider selection of reusable products with many more exciting products in development! Our products are created for an active urban lifestyle, with the perfect balance of distinctive style and unrivalled performance.

Chilly’s are at an exciting stage of change and growth, and are looking for a talented and passionate individual to join their expanding team. As Director of B2B Business Development, you will be an integral part of the new leadership team driving the Made for Tomorrow global ambitions.

What you’ll be working on:

  • Lead and rapidly grow a highly successful commercial wholesale retail and corporate co-branding B2B business through: optimising performance of current distributions channels, maximising current opportunities and identifying market opportunities to accelerate growth globally
  • Own the business revenue target for the B2B wholesale retail and corporate co-branding business
  • Develop and implement the wholesale retail and corporate co-branding B2B commercial strategy in line with Chilly’s Made For Tomorrow ambitions
  • Lead, grow, develop and support the teams, creating high performance whilst at all times role-modelling the Chilly’s values and behaviours
  • Lead all relationships with key external stakeholders, including via established global network
  • Work in partnership with the wider business, enabling collective delivery of our Made for Tomorrow global ambitions
  • Supporting the business’ adjustment to new norms in the global environment to stay ahead of the competition
  • Ensure customer excellence throughout all processes and customer touch points
  • Keep abreast of trends and market conditions to provide strategic advice on wholesale retail and corporate co-brandingB2B growth development

Requirements

Must haves:

  • Experienced Sales/ Business Development Director with a background in global B2B business growth
  • International wholesale experience and established global network
  • Experience of working with product brands significantly and successfully scaling up and diversifying
  • Proven track record in leading, developing and energising teams
  • Developed and delivered scalable and sustainable sales strategies
  • An in-depth knowledge of performance reporting and financial/budgeting processes
  • Excited by the opportunities that come with growth, and grounded by the Chilly’s mission
