Initial Washrooms - Senior Engineer Technician
35,000 basic + bonus, + discounts on 3000+ retailers
Full time, permanent position. Rotating Shifts between 0500-2200 Monday - Friday

To ensure all plant and equipment are maintained to a good standard and according to manufacturers specification. As a multi-skilled individual you will utilize both your electrical and mechanical skills when carrying out planned and reactive maintenance work. Ensure maintenance cover is provided throughout the operation working a shift pattern covering shifts between 0500-2200 Monday-Friday.
Requirements
- Level 3 BTEC qualified or equivalent in electrical or mechanical engineering
- Computer literate with some basic knowledge of Chrome.
- Good understanding of Health amp; Safety at Work and best practice
- To act in a manner consummate to the level of a senior member of staff in terms of attitude, co-operation and confidentiality.
- Working with a highly experienced team you will be required to show great team working skills.
- The ability to work on your own and the willingness to assist in other areas of the operation when needed.
- The ability to train and demonstrate to others the safe practice of planned preventative maintenance.
- Strong organisation amp; planning skills with a logical approach to complex and varied tasks.
- High levels of self discipline and resilience to manage a demanding work load.
- Experience in the FMCG based industry in a maintenance or engineering management capacity.
- The ability to use Leadership skills to achieve Rentokil Initials objectives and to hold them accountable for high standards of performance
