We are working with one of the UK’s leading online platforms for one-to-one learning, who are on a mission to improve the educational outcomes of thousands of young people. They’re building a future where access to high quality learning is stress-free for those who can afford it, and funded for those who can't!

One-to-one tuition is one of the most powerful ways to improve pupils’ grades, confidence and life chances. Yet it remains out of reach for many. Their handpicked community of tutors work online with students from all walks of life, raising results on average by one whole grade. Since Covid-19 and all the disruption to education, they have worked with the government to provide safe and reliable tuition to more students than ever.

They have now worked with over 650 schools across the UK, and their tutors have given over a million lessons!

Since the pandemic, they’ve scaled up and kept a working environment that encourages collaboration and support. They always prioritise their team's development and wellbeing, remotely right now, and in an office again in the future. The role in a nutshell:

They are currently going through an exciting period of growth, having grown from 50 employees in 2020 to now 150 employees in 2021. Their B2B Partnerships team is expanding further as they look for an experienced B2B Marketing Manager who can help them achieve their growth ambitions as they continue to scale and look to expand into new regions and markets.

They are currently supporting over 30,000 disadvantaged children who are trying to catch up on lost learning due to the pandemic and multiple lockdowns last year through their involvement with the government’s National Tutoring Programme (NTP). They are currently working with 600 schools in the UK and hope to create a total of 1,000 partnerships by 2022.

Reporting to the Head of Education Partnerships, you’ll be responsible for heading up the B2B Marketing function whilst owning the end-to-end strategy from demand gen and acquisition through to customer retention. This is a great opportunity for a creative self-starter who is passionate about making a social impact and keen to make a difference in the education sector.


You can expext to:

• To own and deliver the schools marketing strategy, meeting agreed targets and KPIs against budget.

• You'll be responsible for creating and delivering a rolling content plan, working with their internal team and external advisors to ensure it’s compelling and insightful.

• To plan, track and optimise marketing campaigns across multiple channels and recommend steps for better integration amp; automation in order to deliver qualified leads to the sales team.

• Support the B2B Marketing Coordinator and work with them to create and deliver an ongoing comms strategy and the creation of assets (PDFs, guides, webpages, videos) to improve customers’ experience of running MyTutor programmes.

• You'll act as the brand guardian for B2B, reviewing all mass customer-facing comms (email macros, etc.) from the Tech/Ops and CX teams to ensure tone of voice and message are appropriate.

• To work cross functionally with their schools sales team, Partnerships and CX team on various content initiatives to help meet their NPS and CSAT targets.

• Build out a panel of teachers amp; influencers, as well as creating case studies amp; testimonials to promote amp; inform their work.

• To be working with relevant third-party agencies (e.g. PR), suppliers and platforms to support their marketing objectives.

• Organise and lead their industry and MyTutor events whilst regularly testing new and innovative ways of reaching their target audiences.

Requirements

The type of person they would love to meet:

• An experienced B2B marketing leader, with relevant industry experience.

• Someone who has run the entire end-to-end marketing funnel, with an excellent grasp of brand-building and demand gen activities, as well as customer-focused campaigns.

• You are comfortable using a range of tools to execute, measure and report on marketing campaigns, including email platforms, CMS platforms amp; Salesforce.
