Job Description

One of the most exciting direct to consumer startups in the world right now.

They develop algorithms that create artworks, and sell the artworks as Canvas prints, and as digital files, via their online gallery, and they are seeking an experienced marketer to join their small team as VP Marketing.

They are changing the art world by using their technology to enable everyone to own personal, one-of-a-kind artworks, no matter their budget. They are constantly innovating the product experience by leveraging their strong in-house algorithms and development

teams, and are aiming to push the art buying experience to the next level, creating experiences that are only possible thanks to their art generation Technology.

Everything they do is new, both for them and their customers, so they are looking for a VP Marketing to help them introduce the world to AI generated art, and walk in untrodden snow.

They work in a fun, collaborative and open-minded environment. They are looking for

proactive, accountable people focused on continuous learning and growth to push themselves and the businesses forward. This role will play the central and critical key in Art AI and is a great fit for a professional who wants to elevate their career. This role will report To the CEO.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Drive vision and integrated strategy for growth marketing efforts across
  • all touchpoints
  • Develop and scale their customer acquisition strategy
  • Implement best practices for experimentation frameworks, analysis, and
  • reporting methodology
  • Establish spend models that enable optimal allocation for ecosystem
  • health and ROI positive management of media spend
  • Develop brand, positioning and creative assets
  • Build an amazing in-house marketing team
  • Drive lifecycle marketing efforts across channels to retain and re-engage users
  • Develop alternative channels to media buying (influencer marketing, community, etc.)

Requirements

You’ll be successful if you are:

  • Highly experienced in B2C marketing, ideally in the E-commerce space
  • Have strong analytical skills, and experience with analysing and optimising marketing performance
  • Brilliantly creative, with a deep understanding of brands
  • Amazing communicator, with demonstrated ability to explain complicated products to consumers
  • Proven to drive both top and bottom-line results
  • Experience in growth planning - research, forecasting, planning, execution, and performance analysis
  • Developed company's core paid channels
  • Demonstrated proficiency with multiple channels of paid marketing
  • Advanced knowledge of marketing automation across acquisition and retention
  • Energetic and enjoy high paced work environment with a lot of uncertainty
  • Understand consumers better than anyone.
