We’ll fund your 6-week training course and secure your first role once you’ve completed it.

We’ll fund your training

To get you ready for your new job, this remote training programme is 6 weeks long, fully funded and powered by us here at _nology.

Upon completion of your training, we’ll secure you a job as a Junior Technical Analyst with one of our UK clients think Deutsche Bank, PwC, and Nationwide based either remotely or in one of their UK offices.

How is the programme structured?

Our course content is tailored to the needs of our clients, so you’ll have a strong understanding of relevant digital by the time you start your new job!

You’ll experience training in delivering Agile projects, preparing you for work in any modern digital team. We'll also cover business analysis and requirement-management the skill of making sure what's being built by developers is exactly in-line with what users need. You'll learn some introductory technical skills yourself, including SQL to manage data, and software-testing to make sure what’s being delivered is up to scratch!

You’ll be guided through the course by our incredible team of coaches, ready to support you with one-to-one sessions and regular check-ins. You’ll join an online community of fellow students, retraining for their new role, building their confidence, and future-proofing their careers as skilled members of an endlessly growing sector.

Your starting salary will be 22,000, with pay rises every 6 months (taking you to 26,000 after 12 months) and the opportunity to stay with your employer after 18 months. Other benefits include;
