Job Description

Coniq is a dynamic, high growth UK-based SaaS company that provides total customer engagement and loyalty services to many of the world’s leading property developers, shopping centres and retailers. Coniq powers well over 1 billion of sales annually for its clients, with more than 20 million consumers shopping at 1,800 brands in 24 countries worldwide, and has offices in Europe, the US and the Middle East.

We are looking for a talented and experienced French speaking sales professional to join our Global Sales Team as we scale and grow in new markets.

This is an extremely exciting individual contributor role to help continue the growth of the international sales of Coniq’s world-class SaaS based CRM and Loyalty solutions across the globe. The role will be based at our London HQ with flexibility to work remotely.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Managing the full sales cycle from lead to RFP to close
  • Follow consultative sales methodologies in defining needs analysis, qualification and presenting the value proposition to potential clients
  • Drive the territory pipeline and results utilising a scientific approach to the SaaS sales method
  • Write and deliver great sales proposals tailored to prospective customers’ needs
  • Develop local client business case studies, becoming an expert within your geographic territory
  • Develop solutions-led RFP responses and new business pitches for major clients - grounded in insights and industry knowledge
  • Negotiate commercial terms and contracts with prospective clients all the way through to signature of agreement
  • Manage regional sales growth targets, including sales pipeline and forecast management

Requirements

  • Native French speaker (must have)
  • 4+ years SaaS sales experience, having sold or experience with any of the following: CRM, Fintech, Martech, Retail-tech, Loyalty/Rewards platforms, hospitality-tech (must have)
  • Experience selling SaaS into the French market, France
  • A successful track record of achieving and over-achieving your target - and numbers to back it up
  • Full sales cycle experience, used to a complex SaaS sales cycle selling to C-level and multiple decision makers
  • You're all about new business, being a hunter rather than a farmer
  • A consultative sales approach - you understand the complexities of a SaaS sales process inside out
  • Strong SaaS sales track-record with numbers to back it up
  • Excellent relationship and networking skills
  • You won't mind travelling to and around France
  • Bonus - You have an understanding/experience of retail/brands/shopping centres.
