With ambitious growth plans, we have challenging and exciting headcount targets to achieve. This role will support us in delivering a pipeline of qualified sales candidates and provide expertise and support to the hiring process. This role will have a specific focus on managing hiring activity in both our Paris and Toronto offices, both of which consist of sales and account management professionals. We are therefore looking for someone who is fluent in French, is able and willing to recruit across different geographies / timezones and knows how to hire sales people at all levels of seniority.
You will work closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager amp; wider People team to identify high class talent and deliver a talent pipeline of directly sourced candidates, specifically for sales positions.
