With ambitious growth plans, we have challenging and exciting headcount targets to achieve. This role will support us in delivering a pipeline of qualified sales candidates and provide expertise and support to the hiring process. This role will have a specific focus on managing hiring activity in both our Paris and Toronto offices, both of which consist of sales and account management professionals. We are therefore looking for someone who is fluent in French, is able and willing to recruit across different geographies / timezones and knows how to hire sales people at all levels of seniority.
You will work closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager amp; wider People team to identify high class talent and deliver a talent pipeline of directly sourced candidates, specifically for sales positions.
The role (what you’ll do):
- Source and screen candidates for sales roles based in our Paris, Toronto and DC offices
- Take briefings from hiring managers to fully understand the role, requirements, measures of success, team and profile
- Maintain our ATS to ensure all positions are properly advertised on the appropriate platforms and channels
- Manage candidates and hiring managers through the hiring process, prepping candidates for interviews, taking full feedback post-meeting and ensuring all parties are fully updated throughout the entire hiring lifecycle (including offer, acceptance and post-offer administration)
- Proactively source and headhunt candidates for future roles
- Ensure we deliver a positive candidate experience for both successful and unsuccessful applicants
About you (what we are looking for):
- A quick learner, autonomous and self-motivated
- Fluent French speaker
- As Dext is a disruptive tool in the accounting industry, flexibility and ingenuity are also key requirements
- Demonstrable success in an agency or in-house recruitment role is essential, with a track record in hiring sales professionals at all levels of seniority.
- Tenacity, relentless energy and exceptional communication skills
- Someone happy to come in on an initial 6 month contract initially
