Elevator Pitch: The Job. It’s A Great Job. We promise
As our Membership Assistant, you’ll be supporting the engine that drives revenue for the business and working with a passionate, driven team that has a direct impact on the growth of our company.
We see this role very much as a stepping stone position, where you’ll be learning all things Runway East and building out your skills to enable you to grow into a Membership Manager position within the next 12 months.
To really excel you’ll continually strive to live our values and challenge the status quo, coming up with new ways to improve the role you’re doing and taking on new responsibilities as you grow.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Managing Incoming Leads
You’ll own our membership inbox and will follow up on leads quickly and enthusiastically. You’ll be responsible for handling all incoming enquiries, from both direct sources and also our broker partners. You’ll research and vet all incoming leads, logging your activities in our CRM - and once qualified, passing the appropriate leads on to our Membership Managers.
Looking After Our Partners
You’ll be the first point of contact for our broker partners and you’ll proactively work to maintain these relationships. You’ll ensure our partners are well informed by keeping them up to date on our sales inventory by providing them with weekly status reports.
You’ll also manage the onboarding and offboarding process for any brokers, keeping our sales team in the loop of any changes.
Expanding Our Network
You’ll take the lead on finding new brokers for us to partner with and come up with creative ways for us to strike up conversations and build new relationships - from hosting broker events to random acts of kindness and all things in between.
Help Manage Our CRM
From collecting and recording customer data accurately, to logging all your activities, to cleaning and refining historic data, you’ll work to keep our sales CRM running smoothly.
Supporting And Shadowing
Outside of your core tasks you’ll work closely with our Membership Managers - from supporting them with ahoc projects, to running prospecting campaigns, to shadowing and assisting on tours. You’ll embed yourself as a core member of the sales team whilst building your knowledge out as you go.
