The SDDI project coordinator assistant will work with the CEO and the Girl Grind UK CIC team to plan, deliver and evaluate an exciting 6-month music development program funded by YOUTH MUSIC CHARITY in partnership with YOUTUBE and THE POSTCODE LOTTERY
You will support Girl Grind UK's CEO in planning, delivering and coordinating day-to-day tasks in relation to SDDI. This could include, communicating with our core delivery partners, stakeholders, SDDI funders, our thriving GGUK community and all SDDI participants.
You will mainly work from the Girl Grind UK office based in Birmingham City Center from Monday to Friday with flexible hours.
As part of the project delivery team, you will work across locations in Birmingham City Center and some delivery in across London.
You will be the direct point of contact for all SDDI participants throughout the six-month incubator.
Part of your role will be to have a thorough understanding of the GGUK brand, company values and be able to correspond effectively and professionally in alignment with this project.
A key part of the SDDI project coordinator assistant role will be to carry out regular evaluations with participants, our partners and have weekly meetings with the CEO to evaluate any project KPIs and deadlines.
You will play a vital role in joining up connections, ideas, possibilities and plans across the wider Girl Grind UK network working both in a team and autonomously.
Hosting, nurturing and supporting the SDDI delivery schedule for all SDDI participants and guest facilitators, supported by the CEO.
During delivery, you will co-facilitate sessions, host talks, workshops, and activities virtually and in person.
Working in line with our Digital Marketing and Communications Apprentice you will support the social media marketing and promotions for SDDI online and offline.
