ROLE:

The Brand Marketing Coordinator is an exciting role to support the Brand Partnerships and Fashion Marketing teams. The job will involve overseeing all paid and organic campaigns, ensuring that they run in a timely manner and updating the team on any changes in scheuduling. This role will provide excellent visability across two fast paced teams and requires a strong commercial understanding and communication skills. They will also support the Brand Partnerships and Fashion Marketing team on all office administration.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

  • Assist with campaign scheduling for the department.
  • Manage Just-In Email Banner selection and back-end process under direction of Marketing Executive.
  • Coordinate any needed pre-shoot requests with studio and assist with timings for key launch dates under direction of Product Marketing Executive.
  • Requesting and sorting vendor provided imagery on adhoc basis such as Press Pack.
  • Liaise with Brand Partnerships and Buying on weekly and daily basis to help support Marketing Lead, Marketing Executive, Brand Partnerships Manager to ensure all Brand Partnerships campaigns are well-timed.
  • Responsible for updating the Universal Calendar and Critical Path and communicating across the business any changes in campaign scheduling.
  • Assisting on post-campaign Brand Partnership reports.
  • Collating the Brand Partnership yearly overview for reporting past seasons and current seasons.
  • Running total seasonal credit recaps for key brands.
  • Assisting on invoicing Brand Partnerships.
  • Support the team on any tasks needed and being perceptive and proactive to aid in peak times.
