THE ROLE

This is a dual role based in our Wimbledon store and Head Office. You will be an integral member of the Retail team who is responsible for managing all stock movements to and from the Wimbledon store and ensuring the appropriate procedures are followed.

In addition, you will work with the Retail Coordinator on reporting and processes related to all stores Wimbledon, Marylebone and Carlos Place, and to liaise with stores in relation to costs, staff and maintenance and with the Retail team on updating and maintaining training manuals and store records.

  • Ensuring stock control computer systems are up to date; checking in all deliveries.
  • Processing all deliveries; hanging and ticketing stock with the aim of getting new stock onto the shop floors as quickly as possible.
  • Liaising with the Distribution Centre, Head Office stock control and buying teams on deliveries, faults, discrepancies and stock movement.
  • Investigating negatives within the system and communicating and escalating these to the Stock Accountant if required.
  • Quality checking store stock items
  • Ensuring online order picks are shipped without delay
  • Keeping detailed logs of items for appointments or with clients
  • Ensuring any non-pickable stock locations are cleared within designated time frames
  • Keeping the stock rooms tidy and well organized.
  • Assisting store management with transfers to other stores and the Distribution Centre.
  • Assisting with stock takes.
  • Running various weekly sales reports for Customer Experience Director and Retail Coordinator in NAV/Microstrategy/Salesforce and chasing corresponding responses on actions taken by stores.
  • Report on store sales and KPIs on a weekly and monthly basis.
  • Coordinate improvements of technology in store.
  • Managing company staff uniform records, staff purchase records and discounts.
  • Liaising with Facilities manager with regards to retail requisites and follow up when necessary.
  • Maintaining and updating retail records.
  • Responsible for all store orders.

Requirements

  • Self-motivated.
  • Excellent time keeping and ability to meet deadlines.
  • High level of accuracy and with close attention to detail.
  • The ability to work quickly and efficiently.
  • Competent with numbers.
  • Previous experience within a retail environment desirable.
  • Knowledge of MicroStrategy, Salesforce and NAV desirable.
  • Competent in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • A readiness to excel and achieve within our business.
  • Strong organisational skills and demonstrate ability to multitask
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work as a part of a team and individually using own initiative.
  • Ability to work flexibly.
  • Demonstrate effective interpersonal and communication skills to all levels.
