About the Role

Manage Salon business within the U.K Spa Division. Driving division sales, ESPA standards, planning and executing company marketing activities to the highest standard. Building integral relationships with salon owners and managers, to build ESPA into a meaningful partner within their business.

Responsibilities

  • Drive Spa Division, to deliver growth utilising all ESPA tools
  • Focus on ESPA Professional and Retail sales
  • To support in creating and executing different methods of communication to best suit the division.
  • Manage the accounts financial standing with ESPA through the control of any outstanding invoices amp; aged debt.
  • Conduct quarterly remote Business Review on the overall performance of the Salon, providing strategic guidance to develop the business.
  • To develop an annual training and development plan to ensure training protocols are met and delivered to a high standard
  • To keep updated on any new ESPA treatment techniques or changes to procedures.
  • To keep updated on any new ESPA product developments
  • To deliver exceptional training of products and Retail Therapy to the standards specified by ESPA when required.
  • To support Salons with assets and guidance on Advertisement of treatments in salon and online
  • Increase treatment over service treatments
  • To ensure ESPA Salons are maximising opportunity with treatment and retail and utilising booking pace to maximise revenue
  • To work with salons to ensure par levels set and met

Requirements
  • Strong computer skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience in Salon - Spa/Hospitality Industry
  • Ideally
  • Experience in the Business ownership/management
  • Ability to work quick and effectively under pressure
  • A high attention to detail
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Self-motivated
  • Strong organisation skills
