System Analytic helps pharmaceutical companies to identify, manage and engage medical opinion leaders through market research and a variety of digital services and tools. That’s all we do, and we excel at it.
We are seeking an Associate Project Executive to join our Project Management team, who are responsible for managing and delivering international research projects and digital solutions focused on medical experts. The successful candidate will be involved in all aspects of the project from start to end. This position provides a great opportunity for someone looking to start their career in Project Management.
What the role involves
Your day-to-day role will involve work across multiple projects in a fast-paced agency setting. You will be part of a supportive team focused on delivering quality research projects for international clients.
As an Associate Project Executive during your probation period, you will undergo intensive training to gain a general understanding of the business as well as key project-specific processes and terms. Following the training you will then be expected to take ownership of specific tasks and responsibilities as listed below.
- General project administration assisting Project Managers with project initiation through to delivery
- Recruitment and communication with experts
- Updating Project Managers on the progress of recruitment and fieldwork
- Processing expert honoraria payments
- Conducting bespoke desk research to find relevant experts, institutions, specialities, contact details etc.
- Organising captured data in Excel
- Preparing client deliverables in Excel and PowerPoint
- Proofreading and quality checking data and presentations

- Previous admin experience is a bonus but not essential
