Reporting directly to inMusic’s European Financial Controller, you will be responsible for the UK Finance team and the production of consolidated monthly management accounts. With a firm focus on effective financial controls and timely reporting, the successful candidate will be a key part of inMusic’s management team and actively contribute to the enhancement of inMusic’s core business.

Requirements
- Day to day management for the Finance team.
- Manage 3rd party accounting services for European subsidiary.
- Ensure all statutory, HMRC and other accounting requirements are adhered to in full.
- Full ownership of period end ledger review, journal entries and reconciliations.
- Compile month end reporting pack and consolidation for senior management / group.
- Oversee cash forecasting and controls.
- Internal management and oversight of the annual audit.
- Continuous development of best practice.
- Support ERP and other projects or improvement plans as required.
- Manage, report on, and develop KPI’s for the team and wider business.
Skills and Experience
- Significant experience across the full breadth of accounting activities.
- Demonstrable leadership and team management ability.
- Solid IT skills, including advanced Excel skills and ERP knowledge.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- The ability to work independently and under pressure, within tight deadlines.
- Punctual, professional, and highly organised.
- Ability to resolve issues and overcome objections efficiently and diplomatically.
