We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our fast growing sales team. You will be driving and managing the whole sales process, from lead sourcing to sales execution and post sales services. Whether you are making outbound calls to new clients, managing a pipeline of contacts, presenting our product via web demos or in meetings. You will play a pivotal role for this company and help drive Kamma forward.
Requirements
- 3 years + working in Business Development (previous experience within tech, SaaS, recruitment, events or the Legal sector is desirable but not essential)
- Proven success of outbound business development
- Engaging, forward thinking, highly driven and a competitive self starter
- Experience dealing with large corporate organisations and not afraid of speaking to senior management
- Strong documentation and presentation skills
- Proven experience building prospective accounts to generate new business
- Fantastic client management skills, you must be presentable, confident, professional and have gravitas
- Innovative and exceptional communication skills
- KPI and target driven
- Lead generation through Linkedin
- Passion for Sales amp; Technology
- Previous high achiever
