About the Role

We’re looking for a Junior Fleet Executive to join the North amp; Midlands Fleet Management team, based in Birmingham, as part of the wider Fleet Management Team at Stuart UK. You will report into the North amp; Midlands Fleet Manager. You will focus on building a high quality fleet, launching courier engagement initiatives and providing invaluable feedback to improve our courier onboarding, engagement and fleet management processes. You will work closely with the regional performance team to ensure you are supplying the regions with the right amount of couriers every day.

Responsibilities

  • Leading Stuart’s onboarding process for new couriers in your region
  • Providing insight on the driver sign-up journey and suggesting potential improvements to general fleet management processes
  • Working closely alongside the Courier Operations team to streamline driver onboarding processes
  • Improving local and regional onboarding metrics including Starter rate and Time to Start
  • Responsible for City Ops fleet interaction and engagement
  • Organise and managing engagement campaigns
  • Hosting local courier engagement events

Requirements

  • Proven organisational and planning skills
  • Detail-oriented amp; meticulous
  • Problem solver - someone who is not afraid to get stuck in and try to solve tricky problems
  • Self Starter - able to take ownership of projects and use your initiative
  • You enjoy collaborating and don’t shy away from working with different types of stakeholders
  • Willing to travel to nearby cities (all travel expenses covered)
  • Previous experience in operations or logistics is a big plus
