What is your mission?
Culture is one of the main pillars that will determine our success. It is what guides our decisions every day, being the rationale behind our actions. For this reason, our culture is fundamental for the functioning of the company and for us to be closer to our dream of empowering SMBs in Europe. It is the sum of each Salter that makes SaltPay unique and we will not get far if we do not have the right people with the right behaviors.
The team's main objective is to create and develop rituals that can transform our culture into something tangible so that Salters from all over the world can identify it and live our values. Crystalizing our behaviors is crucial when uniting different countries, backgrounds, and personalities into one identity.
As a Culture Partner you will:
- Participate in the building of our culture.
- Create and develop rituals to crystalize our culture across all countries.
- Assist the Attraction team with our employer branding and employee value proposition
What is your story?
You dont need to have a lot of experience or specific knowledge. If you want to learn, challenge yourself and get out of your comfort zone, every day, then we welcome your application. Some qualities that you need to have:
- Capacity to be provocative, assertive and truthful
- Passion for working with people
- Ability to solve problems and blockers
- The mindset of never seeking short-term solutions. Always think long-term and go deep into the root cause of the problem.
- High level of communication skills
