What is your mission?
As an International Mobility Leader, you will play a key role in ensuring the right talent can be mobilised at the right time. We are currently reviewing the company’s approach to mobility and are looking for someone to work developing our approach, creating policies, and overseeing the process.
SaltPay has the ambition to conquer Europe, bringing solutions and we want to make things happen fast. In order to achieve this, we must hire exceptional people from all over the world!
Your mission is to guarantee the best experience to future and current Salters that we’ll require to move for short- or long-term assignments whenever our merchants need them to!
You will have to thoroughly understand the mobility flow and through data and critical thinking, always question how we can improve the process.
You will also have to partner with several departments to understand their needs, the reason why they need to move Salters and how to achieve that. You will be passionate about this process, wanting to always make it better and clearer.
What is your story?
You don’t need to have a lot of experience as long as you are eager to learn and improve every day, we welcome your application. Previous exposure to similar roles will be beneficial.
Somewhere in your life, you’ve understood that you thrive on human connections and you have the gift to identify potential and growth capability (or at least you want to learn how).
You enjoy working in a very fast-paced environment and you can balance between multiple tasks. You're a good communicator, with excellent soft skills and a hands-on approach when it comes to working.
