The role will be based at our one of our high end Manchester city centre boutique hotels ensuring that our people, assets, guests and information are safe and secure.
About the role:
- Provide an efficient five star security concierge service to all guests and visitors at King Street Townhouse Hotel.
- Report and record all security related incidents in a timely and concise manner, ensuring they are communicated to the relevant people.
- Action remote intruder alarm activations, escalating appropriately and liaising with dedicated keyholders and alarm monitoring stations where appropriate.
- Responsible for completing detailed incident reporting in accordance with minimum investigation standards and reporting back to the Hotel and Security Management.
- Complete routine site security patrols of internal and external areas of the premises and neighbouring THG sites and report findings.
- Support the wider security team and drive the security and culture programme to all colleagues within the hotel.
- Work closely with external partners within the city centre to reduce criminal activity and continue to build professional relationships.
Requirements
- SIA Door supervisors license
- 2+ years security experience
- Previous Concierge/Security experience within a high end hotel would be advantageous
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential for this role
