Behind every successful rocketship mission is a great mission support team on the ground. We are looking for a sharp, meticulous, fast thinking individual who will support our riders while on the road, to help them overcome live obstacles so that they can get to the customer on time, every time, with a smile, 24/7.
Please note, this role will be based remotely (from France or the UK). Zapp will provide you with the necessary hardware and software at home to carry out this role. Also, because Zapp runs a 24/7 operation, this role requires willingness to work night shifts, weekends and bank holidays.
